So as you know from my last post Josh and I were supposed to move into a house this week. Well it didn’t happen.
About 9 months ago shortly after finding out we were expecting Josh and I decided to start house hunting. We realized that to get the type of house we wanted in a neighborhood that we would want to live in purchasing a short sale may be the best option for us. We are now questioning that decision. This whole process has been an emotional roller coaster. We had already signed all the paper work and we were just waiting for the title when the sale pretty much fell through this week. As of right now the whole purchase is up in the air and we have no idea if we are ever going to get the house. It seems like this whole last month we’ve had the house dangled in front of us and just as we are about to grab it, it gets yanked away. We both made the decision that we need to just focus on the baby and not worry about the house. We are going to make ourselves at home in our little apartment and get ready for the little one that could be joining our family any day!
