Piper's Birthday Weekend

To say Piper had a great 3rd Birthday would be an understatement! She had three whole days of excitement.

It all started at the Wow Zone in Mankato where we met up with a bunch of family for a bowling party for Piper. Her Auntie Em even surprised her all the way from Atlanta! She said her favorite part of her birthday party was the bowling and the cake;)

Sunday was her actual birthday we took her to Mexican Village for lunch. She loved getting to wear the sombrero.

On Monday Josh and I made a last minute decision to take a trip to the Mall of America. We were able to meet up with Josh's parents. The kids had so much fun going on rides and shopping at all the "fun" stores. Piper was a little freaked out on some of the rides but she kept wanting to go on more. I know she had a blast because she's already begging to go back. 

Needless to say the kids had a great time and I think they may finally be caught up on sleep.

I thought I better do a quick blog post because we are going to have a weekend of partying for Piper. She turns 3 on Sunday and I really can not believe it. The last 3 years have flown by so fast. I feel so blessed to have her in my life. She funny, quirky, smart, precocious, and just a whole lot of fun.

Piper the Princess

Piper is on a princess kick. I don't even think she really knows what a princess is but she loves dressing up like one. Here are a few princess photos from the last couple of days. 

There are a few crying photos coming up too. They were taken 10 min after her nap time. She is a bear for the first hour after she wakes up and there is no reasoning with her about anything. The best thing you can do is keep your distance. 

She also likes to put on a scary mask to scare her brother from time to time. At least she is well rounded:)
