Look who's 4 months old!
It's so amazing how much she grows each month! As you can see she's become a pro at tummy time. She's rolling over both ways, putting everything she can grab in her mouth, and talking like crazy.
She giggled for the first time today!
It was seriously the best sound I have ever heard!
It feels like she's always been a part of my life...it's so hard to imagine what life would be like with out her.
Weekend Waffles
We ate at the Waffle Window on Hawthorn this weekend. I have to say these waffles are amazing!!!
I had the banana rumba...as you can see from the photo below this thing was piled high in toppings. The toppings were pretty great the the waffle it's self was the best part. Josh had the ham and cheese waffle...also very very good!

Mt. St. Helens
Josh, Piper and I finally made it up to Mt St Helens. We've had a day trip to Mt St Helens on our to-do list for quite some time. It was such a beautiful day and we had lots of fun!

A Summer Sunday
I spent most of the day doing my least favorite thing in the whole world, working on my resume and cover letter. I haven't updated them for over a year and as much as I love staying home with my baby girl I think it's time to start at least looking for a job. Lucky for me my sis is amazing at writing so she helped me out a lot this afternoon!
Thanks Em!

Happy 4th!
It's hard to believe that a year ago Josh and I were watching fireworks in Waimea Hawaii on our honeymoon! Now we're sitting in our own home watching fireworks from our living room window. What a difference a year makes.
Today was extra special, my mom and sister flew in from Minnesota. They are going to be here for the next few days. It's so nice to have family in town.
They almost didn't make it. My mom had a bike accident the other day and got pretty banged up. She cracked 2 teeth, needed 13 stitches in her chin and fractured her jaw. I guess even a wired shut jaw won't stop my mom from seeing her granddaughter.
Even though she won't be able to do two many crazy things or even eat solid food we're still going to make the most of this trip!!
